How to change original head of gear stick?

1st. step:you must cut original head of gear stick
2nd. step:take some pincers and turn head left or right
3rd. step:repeat step 2 and pull it up until isn't head out
WARNING:You must have gear stick head for OPEL or RENAULT and must say
in shop that you have ring on back gear.
